1. How old would you be, if you didn't know how old you are?
2. What are you the most proud of?
3. What would you do differently, if you knew no one would judge you?
4. Who do you love? What are you doing about it? The best gift that can be given is the small one that comes from the heart.
5. When was the last time you truly tried something new? A new dish, a new routine added to your day, anything new, just to spice up your life, for you?
7. If you had a friend, and you treated your friend the way you treat yourself, and talked to your friend the way you talk to yourself, how long do you think they would remain your friend?
8. Do you feel like you deserve praise? You do.
9. If you could do it all over again, would you change it? The past is the past. Forget the past, it is done, it is gone. People do their best, things happen the way they happen, and we move on to the best of our human ability. Don't let your past steal the beauty from your present.
10. Are you living, or existing? Dream, and chase your dream wherever it takes you. I don't know if we reincarnate or not, but just in case we only live once, no matter what age you are, no matter how "foolish" your dream is, dream it, and chase it with a fury and a passion.
11. What do you want to change? In your life, about yourself, in your relationships, etc. DO IT. Or atleast give it your best shot.
12. What are you holding onto? What is stealing your thoughts, and eating away at your heart? Let it go. You're only abusing yourself for no reason, and it will get you no where. Forgive yourself, and breathe.
13. Do you think crying is a sign of weakness or strength? It's neither. It's a sign of being human, and we're all human. None of us can escape being human. Cry your heart out, where no one can see if you want, and release it. For minutes, for hours, for days, however long you need to cry. Then take a deep breath, and move on.
14. If life is so short, why do we do so many things we don't like and like so many things we don't do? It's never to late to stop, and never too late to start. Or too early!
15. To what degree have you actually controlled the course your life has taken? Take control of it now. It's your life.
16. You're having lunch with three people you respect and admire. They all start criticizing a close friend of yours, not knowing she or he is your friend. The criticism is distasteful and unjustified. What do you do?
17. If you could offer a newborn child one piece of advice and the child could comprehend what you're saying completely, what would it be?
18. When was the last time you marched into the dark with only the soft glow of an idea you strongly believe in for illumination?
19. How do you feel about yourself? Physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually?
20. What is the most important thing you have learned in life?
21. When was the last time you told someone HONESTLY how you felt regardless of how difficult it was for you to say?
